Q: What is the procedure for taking admission in IIVAT?

 Ans: You can take admission through any one of the Authorized Training Centre/Admission Centre of IIVAT OR Online Portal.

Q: What would be the minimum eligibility criteria for admission at IIVAT?

 Ans: The courses offered have an eligibility of 8th, 10th, 12th and Graduation depends on which course you are applying.

Q: Why do the fees vary from Centre to Centre?

 Ans: The fees charged by the training centre, depends upon the services they provide like additional training, visual aids, etc. However, the candidate should be vigilant and should inform IIVAT in case they charge exorbitant fees.

Q: What are the specializations offered at IIVAT?

Ans: IIVAT offers the classroom module Cum On the Job Training At our Pilani campus under the experimental learning method.

Q: What is the procedure for correcting the result?

Ans: The learner may apply for correction to the IIVAT Authorized Centre/Institute within 3 days of declaration of result, if any discrepancy is found in the result after 3 days the correction is chargeable according to the prevailing fees.

Q: In case any student fails in the examination, what will be the next step?

Ans: Students will get a chance to write a new exam. 

Q: What is ODOES?

Ans: On Demand Online Examination System (ODES) is an examination facility provided by IIVAT to its learners. A learner can appear under the ODOES as and when ready for the examination after the first public examination. A learner can apply online for ODOES and can choose a date of the examination as per convenience. ODOES examinations are conducted on the online Portal.

Q: Will the Answer papers revalue?

Ans: YES.

Q. Whether any student can change the course once the registration procedure is completed?

 Ans: Yes, within 15 Days from the date of registration with Fine.

Q: Are there Study materials available for all courses?

Ans: Yes, But we can provide Recommended Syllabus.

Q: Is there a Questions Bank available for all courses?

Ans: Yes. 

Q: Are internal marks applicable to all courses?

Ans: Yes 

Q: What is the best mode of communication with you by Phone, by letter or by E-mail?

Q: How will I communicate with IIVAT?

Q: Is syllabus available for all courses on the IIVAT website?

Ans: Yes. 

Q: If I decide to withdraw from the program, can I get my tuition fee refunded?

Ans: No, fees will be forfeited.
