OUR SCOPE

Our scope for providing Vocational & Advance Training is too:
1. IIVAT-based skill development including.
2. Learning initiatives of different trades/sectors, skill development organizations.
3. Formal and informal apprenticeships and other types of training enterprises.
4. Training for self-employment/entrepreneurial development.
5. Adult learning, retraining of retired or retiring employees and lifelong learning.
6. Non-formal training, including training by civic society organizations.
7. E-learning, web-based learning and distance learning with entire On Job Training.

 

Functions of Placement Cell

1) Collection of Data of the candidates & companies, maintaining and updating the database
2) Preparing eligible pool of students of different disciplines
3) Gathering information about job-fairs and employment opportunities
4) Notifying the students Pre-Placement Activities, Job Opportunities and Selections through Notice Boards, Placement Portal and IIVAT Website.
5) Organising Campus Recruitment Training Programme.
6) Acts as an interface between the selected Candidates and the Job Providers
7) Conducting Career Guidance Sessions.
8) Collecting Feedback from the Job Providers & Candidates.
